Huge thanks to Jose Gutierrez, my service advisor, for his honesty and expertise. I thought my Nissan Altima needed a new transmission after another shop quoted me thousands of dollars. Jose made sure the car was properly diagnosed, and it turned out the real issue was just the spark plugs and ignition coils. He saved me a ton of money and got my car running perfectly again. The dealership employee are professional, friendly and pleasant and the facility is very clean and accommodating. They provided coffee, water, drinks, popcorn and snacks which was a plus for me. Restrooms were very clean. My Saturday morning was well spent and I left the facility 3 hours after my arrival with my new 2026 Nissan Kicks.

Good service, but the manager needs to brush up on hospitality if he's going to be in a customer facing position. He blamed it on them being a "new," company hired on. That was the excuse why my last oil change was cheaper than the current one I went for.
