I had an excellent experience at the Nissan dealership when I went in to get my battery replaced. My service advisor, Daniel, was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car and made sure I understood all my options. The replacement was done quickly, and I was back on the road in no time. Daniel kept me updated the entire time and made the whole process stress-free. Great customer service from start to finish I highly recommend this location and definitely recommend Daniels help!

I probably will be using a different Nissan dealership for future needs service department was hard to get a hold of the work took a lot longer than expected and when I was trying to get a lift ride back I ended up having to get an Uber myself there was no urgency and I couldn't get a hold of Daniel although I tried about three or four different times I get it that they're busy but I've had better experiences at different dealerships

Not at all happy about my last experience at City Limits. 2 plus hours for an oil change with an appointment and they hadn't even started. When I questioned my service advisor he lied and told me the oil change had been done. When I told him I could see they never lifted the hood, he told me they drain it from below. (They never lifted the truck either) when he took me out to the bay the mechanic confirmed they hadn't touched the truck yet.
I was driving my Nissan Rogue on the toll road and it started making a noise and speed suddenly went down to around 40 mph. Scary as I had my wife and kids with me.

Would not go past 35-40 mph at all.
Once there they said it was a part that cost less than $300

He found a couple of vehicles that met my criteria and I ended up driving away with one of them. Since this was a cash deal no financing was needed. But the gentleman who took care of the paperwork was also nice to work with. I just don't remember his name. You have a good group of folks working for you.
