I worked with Madison at the Pre-owned and we had a wonderful experience. The entire transaction was professional and smooth. All the staff we dealt with were attentive and polite. The vehicle itself was super clean and in a great shape. One difference I experienced was that, Madison was extremely reasonable with her sales pitch and we did not experience the usual push that we see with the car dealerships. That one thing elevated the whole experience from good to delight for us. Thank you!
I want to give a big shout out to Andrew “buzz” Buzzerd. I called him at 4:30 and he had us in there the next am at 8 and had my daughters car fixed by 3 that day as she was heading back to college. All staff were polite, kind, and professional. Kameron in service was great and rendered great customer care. I gave 4 star rating because after spending a little over 500 for service there were no complementary services provided. No car wash, fluids weren’t topped off, or tire pressure checked/filled (my tire pressure light was on). Outside of that one concern the experience was good.
Had recall work done on my vehicle at City Limits. Daniel was courteous and professional, providing updates along the way. The work was done in a timely manner and the wait in the lobby was comfortable. Overall service was great! Would definitely recommend!

Despite my service was delayed, the large waiting open areas are nice to being comfortable. They offer complimentry coffee, dnacks and other beverages, which helps while you wait. The staff is friendly. Service writers are knowledgeable to repair needs. Nissan is great made branded vehicle to drive the Austin terrain.

The waiting lobby was really nice! J, our attendant was professional and accomidating! I appreciate the complimentary wash as well! The only thing I would say is the wait was very long. Four hours total for an oil change,rotation,alignment, and wash.

When my car broke down north of Austin, I reached out to the dealership and they set me up with a free tow To their facility. They had the part in stock and repaired my Vehicle within two days. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, it had been vacuumed and washed as well as repaired. The staff was courteous and informative.
