Usually everything goes good. However it seems like there's a pattern, I go in and everything is fine then the next time I have one small issue when my car comes back. This time my right blinker is a little funny. Other than that everything is good.
careless technical service - The service guy asked for chargeable tire balance but ended up just bump "THREE" of the tires up to ~37psi, and kept the rear-left one ~30 which will kill the car balance. Can't imagine what will be happen months later if I didn't find this out in time. Pump the tire is a small little work which this dealer can't even handle well, that's crazy...

We had a great experience with the team here. Normally, I prefer to do everything online because past dealership visits have not always been the best. But this time was different. The in-person experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales team was fantastic . They were patient, helpful, and truly made sure we found exactly what we needed. The finance team also made the paperwork process easy and smooth. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!

3 1/2 stars. Service rep was good, they were prompt on getting back to me. When I received the diagnostic report, I was surprised to see so many unnecessary repairs. I had brought the car in for a check engine light and airbag warning light. Those two items alone were estimated at about $6,000. I declined all repairs, then got a call asking if I’d like a better price. Well…yeah, I’d like the actual cost, not some inflated number. The negotiated price was more reasonable and I had the check engine issue repaired. The airbag was just not worth it. ...

Overall great experience with City Limits Nissan. We were car shopping for my daughter's first vehicle. They were willing to negotiate a deal that was comfortable to our needs. Shout out to Jacob for making that happen. We were in and out once we arrived at the dealer. My daughter got to test drive the vehicle and absolutely loved it!!! Overall, mostly pleased, however the part that was ordered did NOT fix my problem with the car. They had to order another part “hoping it would fix the issue” . The pros of this dealership is they had the perfect car and the salesman and finance manager were nice. The way they do business.. is another story. The car we purchased wasn’t at the lot and we were told different information about when we could expect it being delivered. It came with a crack in the windshield - when we got the car the next night, we’re were told it was already scheduled for replacement. It wasn’t. This is the first time we have purchased a Nissan. We have been comparing the amount of room in the trucks. The Frontier has more room than the other trucks we had looked at at other dealerships. It handles nice and offers what we were looking for. Our salesman, Chuy, was very knowledgeable about what Nissan offers. He immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, not pressuring and pushy like some can be.

My vehicle was under warranty when i had it towed to dealer. Tow bill was $310. I owned the vehicle out right. Had blue title in hand. While the vehicle was being worked on , under warranty, I sold the vehicle to another dealership. Now Nissan is telling me since i no longer own the vehicle they would not reimburse me the$310 for towing. Hmm. I owned while being towed for warranty work. How does this make any sense????
