well I had my Oil-Change on the 19th and I was looking under my hood on Sat. and noticed the filter box was not latched down, also I had a battery service done and one the covers for the terminals was sitting off to the side......

Rob was very professional. He allowed me to take my time with the sales. He was able answer all my questions. He even delivered my truck to me, and I live 30 miles from the dealership.
Daniel was on top of everything. He made sure to explain every repair that mechanic said my truck needed. He was also awesome to make sure I got every discount that I qualified for. Daniel is my go to person when I need service on my Nissan Kicks.

Good service, but the manager needs to brush up on hospitality if he's going to be in a customer facing position. He blamed it on them being a "new," company hired on. That was the excuse why my last oil change was cheaper than the current one I went for.
I know being the dealer and all, they don't really have to worry about returning customers, but when you have to fight to redeem the coupon that they advertise, it doesn't feel good.

Very deceptive and racist dealership, I don't care about the response that they will be tempted to throw in about how they bent over backwards, trying to find a bank that would provide a loan for me because of my terrible credit...the point is this dealership will not work with you.
They are clean, on time and staff is very personable and welcoming. I have no complaints.
Everything went smoothly until the negotiation phase, where it became apparent they use fixed pricing. I had to explicitly remind them of the online discount and negotiate firmly to get it applied. Additionally, while warranties weren't mentioned during the initial sale, they were pushed later in the financing office. To top it off, I asked about a second key before signing; they promised to check, but once the paperwork was finalized, they just said it wasn't available. Took too long to get to finance
I appreciated the straight forward pricing, not trying to add on a bunch of extras at the end (LoJack, paint protection, ceramic coating). I did feel like negotiating the price overall was not as good as other dealerships, I know there’s more wiggle room on the price, seeing what others have paid for the same truck new.
Salesperson was good as was the Finance person. The vehicle was clean. First car I've purchased in years. Fun to drive.
Great service that does not pressure you into repairs, they educate you on how critical each repair is so you can budget for it.
Updates as to the status of my car’s progress while in the shop was lacking. I had to call many times and wait on hold to get updates.
Did a good job putting new tires on got Uber home and they picked me up Daniel is a good person. He explained my ties were no good. He explained to the point where I needed new tires they could not fix the flat. It was on the side wall, honest person.
Had a synthetic oil change, and filters both motor and cabin. I also had a tire rotation service done. Lastly had a electrical bracket frame replaced all in 3 hrs. Reasonable price and time. Kudos to Service Representative Dan Sanchez for the continued updates and information, videos on my repairs on my vehicle. Dan was great from start to the end of my service experience. My tire blew after hitting a huge pothole on south I-35 on a Saturday morning. I happened to be nearby City Limits Nissan, so I drove right into their service department. My service advisor's name was Emmanuel, and he double checked to see if I had a warranty on my tires and answered all of my questions. Their general service might be average, but their product is subpar. I bought a 2023 Frontier brand new, but it has broken down SIX times in two and a half years. Each time it was due to a dead battery. This is even after they replaced the battery with one of thei own. I always discourage people from buying a Nissan vehicle. Can't wait till I can get rid of it.
