Forget about BMW or Mercedes we treat you like family commercial. Nissan and its team members really came through for my family and I. I have been coming here for services on my 2012 Maxima, 2015 Altima and 2021 Sentra for the past 4 years or so.
They have also added services for my 2021 Chevrolet blazer.
I haven't been anywhere else except to Capitol Chevrolet, now 2x and I don't recommend them.
I see now that within the 2 visits outside of City Limits Nissan, the huge difference in customer service. The atmosphere of the place as well.
I have worked with a former advisor, Saul Vela for years and now Daniel Sanchez.

Best car buying I have ever had! Starting with my sales rep Justin Laney - the most patient and helpful I could have asked for. If you are in the market for a new Nissan you definitely need to visit city limits nissan. By far the best car buying experience I’ve had. My sales person Kieran was super helpful and him and his manager made sure I got the best deal. Communicated over text for about a week and when I finally went in there was no dealer fees or hidden add ons and they even ended up beating my credit unions rate.
Valentine was awesome even though I had challenging credit — he was still able to get me in a newer vehicle with excellent payments! Dewayne from the finance department was excellent as well. When my payments were already excellent, he made my payments even better! Thank you Valentine and Dewayne. I definitely will referral anyone in the market for a vehicle to these two gentlemen. Made a bad day really good! My brake vacuum gave out on my chevy colorado and they were able to fix me up with a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue AND they let me leave my colorado there while I figure out what I can do with it! Not excited about basically having two cars and two payments for no reason but I am extremely excited to be leaving with my first brand new car purchase!!!!

The only one I respect is Valentin Villanueva in sales Dept... who treated me professionally. Buyers, be extremely careful and keep every document. I purchased two vehicles in June 2026, tendered the down payment in good faith, and obtained financing. Now, months later in August, the dealership is challenging the transaction and calling it fraudulent. I strongly dispute that characterization and believe the subsequent actions against me are retaliatory and deserve investigation. My experience with Ronald Ragsdale the Sales Manager and James Morgan has been deeply troubling. I have preserved records of what occurred.

Huge thanks to Jose Gutierrez, my service advisor, for his honesty and expertise. I thought my Nissan Altima needed a new transmission after another shop quoted me thousands of dollars. Jose made sure the car was properly diagnosed, and it turned out the real issue was just the spark plugs and ignition coils. He saved me a ton of money and got my car running perfectly again. If you need an honest and knowledgeable service advisor, ask for Jose Gutierrez. Highly recommended!

The dealership employee are professional, friendly and pleasant and the facility is very clean and accommodating. They provided coffee, water, drinks, popcorn and snacks which was a plus for me. Restrooms were very clean. My Saturday morning was well spent and I left the facility 3 hours after my arrival with my new 2026 Nissan Kicks.
